Although clinical prediction models benefit overall populations, individual risk estimates remain highly uncertain. Increasing training sample sizes reduces estimation uncertainty, but large model and applicability uncertainties persist. Therefore, practitioners must always interpret individual predictions with great caution in clinical practice.
Repository to supplement the paper published in Research Synthesis Methods journal, including the data and code necessary to reproduce the analyses conducted. This project was presented in SEB Barcelona 2024 and ISCB 2024 in Thessaloniki.

This systematic review is a state of the art on what has been done until now in the field of artificial intelligence applied to the ultrasonographic diagnosis of gynaecological cancers: adnexal masses; cervical, endometrial and myometrial cancers.
